Abstract

Versification of al-Ḥāwī al-ṣaghīr, a compendium of Shāfiʻī law (see al-Durar al-kāminah, III, 195). His master al-Bārizī is mentioned at beginning of text. The text is followed on fol. 148a by 9 lines of poetry attributed to al-Shāfiʻī written by the same hand as the main text.
